File System connection with SAP XI

Hi All

I need to transfer one text file from SAP tp one FTP.That file is placed in one directry in SAP by using transcaton AL11.

I mentined in sender CC as following

transport protocol-FTP

message protocol-file

is it oj? or i needuse NFS as transport protocol? if yes,what are all the information i have to mention in sender CC?
