Updating external activity price in CJ20N

Hi SAP Gurus,

We're having a problem, When user tries to update the activity price on external activity in CJ20N of which the PS invoicing plan is maintained, the transaction crashes. User gets the following error message before being sent back to main menu: CN_PP_FPLA_INVOICE_VALUE_0000023456.

Can somebody guide?

Hi,

This could be due to program error. SAP Notes:674284, 501204 & 198542 are related to this error. You can read the notes take coorective actions based on which release you are in.

Hi Mr. Muraleedharan,

Thanks for your reply. But the notes pertain to versions 4.6 and 4.7. I tried to search notes on the same subject but could not find any relavant note. Can you help me in finding some other notes please?
