Bidder role in SRM

Hi sappers,

I created one user ID as bidder ( not a registered vendor) in SRM (no-5555) in BBPMAININT.Contact person ID no-5556 is also maintained for the same.Same is created in Portal. Roles are assiened to this ID.And this bidder is added in live auction.Now when we log in with this user id to participate in live auction following error is coming.

"structure 01 US 6267 A208 : No agent found"

requesting to give solution or how to maintain exact relation between vendor & contact person.

Hi,

There seems to be some problem with the BP and contact person relationship.There are 2 things you can do;

1.Try to set the check box for EMPLOYEE IS CONTACT PERSON in tracn 'MANAGE BUSINESS PARTNERS" as Teja mentioned.

2.Delete the EMPLOYEE for the BP of that vendor and create a new EMPLOYEE as well as contact person.

Probably this user is not integrated in the organization model. Please use ppoma_bbp for that.

Hi,

While creating business partner using "Manage Business Partners" link in SRM portal under Personal Data tab, the user data for employee is maintained and the Employee is the contact person check box need to be checked.

You can create another employee for the bidder / vendor by using "Employee for Business Partner" option using Manage Business Partners link in SRM portal.
