Auto reaction method for creating support desk messages on CCMS alerts

Hi Solman Gurus,

My requirement is when a alert is generated, a support desk message should be created.

For this i am using a auto reaction method "Serv_Desk_Mess_on_Alert"

But this is not executing correctly. i am getting a error as follows

"Cannot start tool ZServ_Desk_Mess_on_Alert" and status as

"FATAL ERROR" for the auto reaction.

Could any one help me in this,

Hi Naveen

Could you solve this problem, meaning did you get any solutions from SAP or the Community?

We got the same Error; also we checked every possibility with the parameter settings and in different clients

(000 and Prod.).

I think you might need to register ccms agent for ccms selfmonitoring.

Have you applied the following note?

Note 969506 - Update Auto-reaction method for Support Desk Message

Also, please kindly go through the following SIM, depending on your situation. (where your CEN is located, in Solman or not in Solman)

1) Auto-reaction - Service Desk

2) Service Desk Auto-Reaction Method for Non-SAP SolMan CEN

I suppose the above should be enough to assist you in the configuration.

Hello Amit,

Thanks for your response, i have carried all the steps as mentioned in SIM file autoreaction service desk for loccal system and that note is already updated,

but still i am getting the same error

In CCMS selfmonitoring--> Messages i am getting message as

"Cannot start the tool Serv_Desk_Mess_on_Alert_copy"

could you help me in this
