If I am selling some material to my customer with warranty of say 1 year.And if that material is rejected by customer.Now i want to give the free replacement if material is within warranty period else not.

how can i map this scenario?

Hi sandeep;

This is customer service senerio. Note followings;

1) Use serial no. for FERT before despatch

2) Create equipment in particular functional location- for this you need to configure in PM

3) When complaint comes you need to create notification for that equipment.

4) From notification you crete Free of cost sales order for replacement material. If not in warrantee you can create chargeble order as well.

5) this complete tracking of the cycle.

I think this what you are expecting.
