If I am selling some material to my customer with warranty of say 1 year.And if that material is rejected by customer.Now i want to give the free replacement if material is within warranty period else not.
Warranty means not replacement .it means part within dat material which faulty u have to give service for dat faulty part. not replacement of whole material.if giving guarantee den replacement is possible. but in warranty it will not happen. In sap u can prapare new notifiacation type and against that notification u have to put a order and process dat order.so u can capture cost and technical anslysis.u can make entry of dat material in ur company by using serial no and send it store and den once u have to issue dat from store for servicing or repalcement of fault part. and after closing the order send dat material store against the order.u can use refurishment order for this scenario.
