very urgent: to prevent status change in PM order

Hi

I am faced with a porblem of prevemting change to status of the closed order for an operation. How will this be achieved with user exit_saplcoih_009. If I simply put an error message checking if the order is closed then all other functionalities are also disabled and no changes can be made to the order. How can i do this exclusively for status change?

is it a user status or system status? Anyway for both u can limit it by specifying the authorizations in PFCG if u dont want specific users not to be able to change the statuses.
