Hi all,
I made a dropdownbox, and bind a user-defined simple type. When we deploy it in the dev system,it works fine. But when we deploy it in the PRD system(EP 7.0 SP11),a strange thing happens:the description of the simple type's font (dropdownbykey's words)becomes too large. And we also find :the system's user administrator's dropdown box also has the same problem.
So we think maybe some system properties need to be modified. But i don't know where.
Someone help me to find where and how should i modify.
And it happens both on IE 6.0 and IE 7.0.(also firefox)
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
delma

Hi Delma,
Is there any more text on screen and whether the font of the whole screen increases or just the dropdown's ....?

Hi all,
I found the log file, but i cannot figure out what's this mean.
the log says:
Cannot open the requested file <G:\usr\sap\PRD\JC00\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\com.sap.engine.docs.examples\servlet_jsp\_default\root\http:\www.haitian-cs.com:80\irj\portalapps\com.sap.portal.design.urdesigndata\themes\portal\theme_htcs\ur\ur_pop_ie6.css>. Possible reason: the file does not exist, cannot be accessed, or is in use by another process.
i am confused:1.how can it find from the folder:com.sap.engine.docs.examples.
2.how can the web address appear following the path?
I can find ur_pop_ie6.css at the path: G:\usr\sap\PRD\JC00\j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\irj\servlet_jsp\irj\root\portalapps\com.sap.portal.design.urdesigndata\themes\portal\theme_htcs\ur
Someone help me?
userful answer will be awarded points.
added:restart system cannot solve this problem.
continue finding the answer
Best regards
delma
