Account determination for entry 1122 GBB VAX 7920 not possible

Dear gurus

i am getting the following error please kindly suggest me soluttion

Account determination for entry 1122 cocode GBB VAX 7920 not possible

In performance assistant the following information is there

Diagnosis

the system did not find an account for this transaction. This means that the account determination for key 1122 GBB_ VAX 7920 is not maintained in mm Customizing (valuation). The key is made up of :

. chart of account

. Transaction key (= Posting transaction)

. Valuation grouping doce

. Account grouping code

. Valuatiion class

system response

the system cannot update a G/L account for this transaction. you cannot post the transaction.

Procedure

conact your system administrator.

if you have the authorization, check the account determination

in customizing for valuation.

but i have maintained the following in my chart of accounts

GBB key i have maintained the following

chart of accounts xxxx

valuation modifi genereal modifi valuationclass Account

xxxx VAX 7920 XXXXXX

but in delivery it is showing this error

suggest me what to do

Dear srinivas

Go to OBYC, double click GBB and see for 7920 (FERT) material type, you have maintained the respective GL account. Most probably, you would not have maintained it.

Maintain the same and retry.

u have to assign valuation grouping code to u r company going to tcode OMWD.

also assign field status variant to u r comp code by going to TCODE OBC5.
