Hi Gohil,

For examlpe we are using BS_sender and LS200 to exchange data in Dev client. Then we are using BS_sender and LS200 while configuring .

But, in Production, Systems are different say BS_PRD1 and LS300.

Will these systems reflect in the Configuratio or we have to do the configuration part again in ID of Production client.

Usually u can not do any modification or changes in PRod or Qa whatever changes u wanted to do u do it in Dev.

U can transport in two methods first is File transport which is Manual and second is CMS which is automatic.

Please follow the below methods for transport for ur scenario. It will automatically changed the name to PROD what u wanted.

Once you have created SLD in Dev below transport mechanism is used for transporting the obj from DEV to QA and PROD:

Transport mechanism

1. Create Technical System and Business Systems for the QA system.

2. Create Transport Groups in the Business System.

3. Create Transport Targets in the Source Business SYstem.

Check the link for:

Configuring Transport Groups and Tranport Targets

Your SWCV can be exported and imported using TPZ files into the IR.

The ID also use TPZ files and as the objects are imported , the business system details will be filled up .

Refer How to handle SLD guide for help:

Hi,

I am not giving answers for gaining points but I am sharing the knowledge which I know to people through SDN.

Usually transportation will be taken care by BAsis people, I dont know what process ur project follow.

In my pervious project the transportation was taken care by developers only.

Normally once the development is over by developer their wirk is done.further process will be taken care by basis people.

Thnx
