Hi guys,

One question relating to transport groups.

Is it possible to define for one technical system which belongs to one group, let's say DEV, two target Business Systems which belong to another group, let's say PRD?

Meaning,

Technical System XPTO targets:

Group PRD Tech System: XPTO2

Group PRD Tech System: XPTO3

Thanks

Hi VJ,

Sorry, wrong word...I meant Tech System to 2 Tech Systems.

Having DEV System targeted to QLD and PRD tech system which are on the same group.

DEV Tech System targets to group

Group PRD : QLD Tech System

Group PRD : PRD Tech System

Hi,

The targets are mentioned only at Business systems level. Not at tech sys.

One Bus Sys can have only one target.

One taget Bus Sys can have multiple source business systes,

Hope, I did not confuse you..!!

Excellent VJ,

So if I have three SAP R3 environments, DEV, QLD and PRD, I'd have to set three XI environments, right? It would not be possible to have DEV Business System targeted to QDL and PRD B.Sytems which are on the same group and which have the same integration server, right?

Thats right.

You have to either point your DEV or QLD sys to PRD. But not both.
