SO number (VBLEN) is blank for Doc condition number ( KNUMV) in table VBAK

Dear Gurus,

In table VBAK, field value of VBELN ( Sales order no) is not present for the KNUMV ( Documnet condition number).

I mean i do not find the sales order number for document condition number in Table VBAK.

What could be the reason?

Hi Shrikant,

The KNUMV can very well belong to an invoice. So please check the VBRK table also. If you are finding it in VBAK, you will definitely find it in VBRK or LIKP.

So, it should be one of these tables VBAK, VBRK or LIKP. Accordingly you have to go to sales order, delivery or invoice respectively.

Hi Shrikanth,

when you create the SO # it will save in VBAK(VBELN) . in your case you dont see sales order number in KONV(KNUMV) Doc Condition Number . hear you have to look in to one point please check whether billing document is created against particular SO# and Condition types also. if you want to see Sales document number in KONV you should create billing document .

Hi Shrikant,

you can just go to t. code SE11, and enter the table name VBAK and enter the selected field and observer the display first.

if the selected sales org is added or not.

if not then you please go to the change mode and add the relevant sales org. to it.

also if it as added then please verify the structures you are using are relevant.

select the VBELN field in se16 throught menu Settings--> format list --> choose fields
