How can i know the Transport Request Number for a Script ?
Hi Manjunath,
The best way is go to transaction SE03 and there click on/ execute "Search for objects in Requests/Tasks" then give the corresponding object type(FORM - for script ) and the name of script then you will get the list of requests in which that script exists.

Dear Manjunath,
go to se03
give the request key without number ex.tdvk or spsk or prdk
followed by *
give the owner name( if known)
give the date ( if known)
if it released for production just tick the check box or else select the check box options
After executing, workbench and customizing requests will be appeared, you can find it out by reading the text of that requests
revert back if not clear
regards
sailendra

Go to the table E071.
Then give the script name as the object name.
You will get the list of transports associated with that object.
