How to create a new ICON in a screen (module pool program) along with check

Hi Experts,

How to create a new ICON in a screen (module pool program)?

Requirement is:

we have a Normal BP (business partner) and VIP BP.

If he/she is a VIP BP, the VIP check box will check on the custom screen.

At the same time, need to create a ICON(Green) if VIP BP = chebox checked = icon will be Green, otherwise disapble.

How to create a new ICON in a screen (module pool program) along with check box (vip)?

Please help me.
