It is recommended to create a new copy control with reference to existing similar in Standard available.

Some of the Trasaction Codes are as under:

VTAA (Sales Order to Sales Order, eg. Quotation to Sales Order)

VTAL / VTLA (one of the 2) Sales Order to delivery

VTAF (Sales Order to Billing document)

VTFA (Billing document to Sales Order)

VTFA (Delivery to Billing Document)

& so on...

Dear Mohammed

Using requirements in copying control, you can specify how a sales document is to be billed with regard to requirements.

You can determine copying requirements for:

  • the header

  • items

You can, for instance, call sales document data on:

  • Billing status

  • Billing block

  • Pricing status

  • Completeness

With the requirements in copying control, you can call up data in master records, for example data on whether a billing block exists in a customer master record.

You can also specify your own requirements as data transport routines. In this way, you can determine whether terms of payment are to be copied from the customer master instead of the sales document.

Also below are the standard copy controls

1) OVAZ - Sales Area to Sales Document Type

2) VTAA - Sales Documents to Sales Documents

3) VTLA - Sales Documents to Delivery Documents

4) VTFL - Delivery Documents to Billing Documents

5) VTFA - Sales Documents to Billing Documents

6) VTFF - Billing Documents to Billing Documents

Thanks
