Hi,
Can some tell me how to install HTTP tool on legacy system to send synchronous mesages.

There is nothing to install. A HTTP tool is a browser based Java script. If you legacy system is capable of that then only you can use this. Search for HTTP tool in forums with stefan grube as key word.
If your legacy is just a file system like a mainframe, I am not sure if you can use this..

There is no HTTP tool available but u can create the HTTP tool web page and test ur interface using the below PDF.
This link gives you a sample HTML code to create HTTP Client:
If u wanted to check the interface u can test the same from RWB -> componenet monitoring and IS and select the test message tab and give the interface details and payload.
