i have take the attachment data from my offical mail and i have send to idoc in sap. i am using POP but it is taking all the mail .how cam i solve this problem..
I think it is correct. All email messages from the mailbox configured in the sender communication channel will be read. You can keep unchecked the box "Delete Messages Once Read" to not delete the messages.
Suggestion: create an email account just for this interface. It will help you to handle the scenario.
