IGS Color display problems

I'm running BW 3.0B. On my production system, I'm having problems displaying web graphics with IGS. The colors sporadically change to greyscale looking colors. I have not been able to identify any cause. The IGS is running on the same server as the BW system, and it meets all the SW and HW requirements for IGS, and it is set to 32768 colors. Any ideas?

Thank you for your help, however, the weblogs didn't have too much information for IGS. All of a sudden, IGS is working again. Nothing has changed, nothing has bounced. I am pretty sure we will once again have problems. Any other ideas?
