Prolem with Cross Catalog Search

Hi SRM gurus,

I have raised two catalogs on SRM 5 now I want to have cross catalog functionality.

I have done all the configurations that are required for cross catalog like the SICF transactions and saved accordingly.

Now when I am searching for any items in cross catalog search It is accessing a url

ie. http://sapsrm5.domain.xyz.com:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap//BBP_OCI_AGENT

but this url is not working it says Service not found.

I do have the working url and I want to replace the older one with the correct one.

Correct Url

http://sapsrm5.domain.xyz.com:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbp_oci_agent

Let me know where shud I do the settings.

Note I only want to change the url so that the cross catalog page opens up.

Please do suggest

Points will be rewarded

Hi

Which SRM version are you using ?

Please have a look at the following SAP OSS Note, which will help ->

Note 1027111

Note 851106 - Search in catalog from SRM leads to "Service not reachable"

The problem in most of the cases is with the TREX version and patch, I suggest to update your version of trex to the latest available patch from the service marketplace, after that publish the catalog and check again. I hope this helps you.

Do update me as well.
