Hi,
When trying to import an activity into the consolidation system from the development system the import seems to be stuck.
The message says "import running" and has been like that for a day now.
Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Hi Padmaja,
Can you please let us know whether you have attached a runtime system to both development and consolidation.
Also if possible please cancel the import and look at the logs generated. For looking at the logs you can just select the import in the queue and click the details button. In the popup there will be a tab for logs.
Also you can view the logs in the following path
1. /usr/sap/<SID>/JC<InstanceNr>/j2ee/cluster/server0/log/applications/cms*.log
2. /usr/sap/<SID>/JC<InstanceNr>/j2ee/cluster/server0/log/applications/tcseployer/TcsLogging*.log
make sure that you check the latest log.
