Yes. this statistics needs to be reported in various ways: by TSYST, by LOCID, by date, by user etc. or any of these combinations
Why: Users complain about slow ticketing performance at month end or friday and IT needs to investigate whether it is a general slowness for all or only certain functions
We have implemented a solution by capturing the error log information at the end of ticketing in a z-table.
I want to see if other ticketing users have similar requirements and get something in the standard
