Sales Target

hello everyone,

We do have sales targets set for our sales representatives and is there a way to mention these peoples targets in the R/3 system and also is there way to monitor these peoples efficiency in meeting there targets.

Also is there a option of maintaining the status of quotations in the R/3.

To be in detail its like this....I have to see why the quotations have not been able to convert into sale orders and if I give the option of entering these details in SAP system like the quotaion is not completed due to the visit pending from higher officials or pending due to the customer wants to see the demo of the product like this.

So that I can see the reason why this quotation is not being converted to Sales order.

Are these functionalites available in CRM if not in SD.

Hi,

Sales Target can be Divided into Monthly,Quaterly,Halfearly,or annually,,,,,,,,,it depends on Your bussiness.

It must be combination of Division/region/potential value/actual value.

Every month we can Update these values ,we can see the value achived.

For your first question

Create sales representative as a Partner for that customer. You can develope Z report to get the desired data like target vs achievement of sales rep,.

Sales Targets can be maintained as budget in CO module.

In quotation you can maintain the reasons in text fields.
