Dear friends,
I am working with Sol Man 4.0 SP 12. I have configured for SLFI (Issues) transaction type.
My client requirement is:
If any issue is being created with errors by the users, the system should not save the issue.
For example, while creating an issue, if the user does not mention the message processor, the system should not save the issue. After entering hte message processor only the issue can be saved.
can any one help me out, how to fix this problem?
Thank you
Kumar
Yes it is, it's in the partner determination procedure.
Hope this helps

Basically you want the field "Processor" to be a mandatory attribute - which at the moment it is not.
That is a development request you need to put in.
What other things would you want changed in the Issue Management application?
