Trace the settlement rule created

Hi All,

Is there any way to trace out who (by user name) create the settlement rule (AUC or FXA) in project system? I am looking the history of settlement rule because some time user change the value of the Fixed asset.

Hai Nies

Use table "ANLA" to get (AUC/FXA) history - which gives u list like -Assest no,class,created by ,changed by,created on , account determination ,Origin- fm where the asset is been created.

With tranasaction code - AS03 / S_ALR_87012075 - mention the asset class.

Hi Nies,

Select the settlement rule line then "Goto -> Change Documents". This will show you the changes carried out to the settlement rule.
