Fresher in SD is not a problem. But if you have strong domain background in sales, it will be an added advantage and in fact, you can test many datas based on your experience and learn more by practice.
As the famous quote says "Practice makes a man perfect", the more practice you do, the more you can learn SD module. So go through the following URLs and also refer Glynn C. Williams book for SD process.

if u r a certified then u can try for fresher position if not check naukri or any other jobsites which offer fresher position in sap sd
regarding book try GLYNN.c.WILLIAMS " IMPLEMENTING SAP R/3 SALES AND DISTRIBUTION
