Table Sizes

Hi,

I'm trying to find out the current sizes of the table. I do not have access to OS / DB / BR tools / SAP DBA.

All i have is the access to SAP transactions. Please let me know how to find out the size for each table for one shot( i need to take this data for around 1300 tables)

Please suggest me the ways to get this data.

Thanks in advance for your help. points will be awarded.

I need the report to be sent at the earliest.

Regards,

Srihari

Hello Srihari,

if you only have access to R3... you can use the following transaction:

DB02 -> Detailed analysis -> Enter the object (table) name

or

DB02n (if you have a newer release)

hi Stefan,

I have tried DB02 already. This will give all the tables/indexes data. I want only for specific tables. for ex: /BIO, T, /BIC etc...

Suggest me if this is possible....

For DB02N i can see only screens, data is not available.

Hello Srihari,

ok then you will have the "old" data collection if DB02n shows no data available.

Yes this is possible with DB02 as i described above.

DB02 -> Click on "Detailed analysis" and then enter the values as described in my screenshot:
