Hi ,
I want to understand what are the conecpts of CRM which as a SD consltant I should know to work in it.
Any documents or link would be helpful
Thanks
Dear BG,
Pls find the following blog:
/people/atin.shee2/blog/2007/12/12/direction-to-start-the-career-in-sap-crm
Also just to add, CRM pricing will be helpful for you to understand and work as you have already worked in SD as the basic concepts (pricing procedure, access sequence, condition record etc) are same.
Thanks,
Atin

thanks.
Am going through the help linkd given you.
could you please elaborate on one very basic doubt.
If CRm and SD both are being used for a project are things like pricing conditions etc replcated for say SD if they are there for CRM? or if entered in SD not required in CRM.
It would be great help in getting clarity
thanks
Dear Mr. Sinha,
Well broadly speaking CRM and ERP are 2 independent concepts. My request is you can go through the links provided by me. After getting the basic knowledge you can post your queries and I will be happy to answer your queries. One more piece of information, SDN forum is having a separate forum for CRM also. So after you are clear your basics you can post your queries there also.
Do award points if you found the links and suggestions.
Regards,
Rakesh
