unable to start disp+work.exe :

Hello Developers,

The installation went flawlessly for ABAP trial version 7 SP12 , but start of application server is failing, Can anyone give some pointers as to how i can start enque service.

( I already tried reinstallation )

Here are some more details

Restarting instance throws a windows Error message " disp+work" has to be stopped

status of disp+work is either "Stopped" or "Running but message server unreachable"

Hosts file contains only one entry

"127.0.0.1 Localhost "

Developer trace shows following Error messages

Please provide the dev_w0 trace , it will provide deeper insight into the problem.

Please post the dev_disp log file which should be located under a directory similar to this: \usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS??\work.

That log file will show why the dispatcher fails to start. The most likely reason is lack of resources such as memory or drive space.
