Hi,
Im DOing File to Idoc scenario.
Firstly i check LS name exist or not in BS.. then i found its not maintained.
I edited the BS and provided the required LS name.
and the same has been tested in ID
Business System -> Service -> Adapter Specific Identifiers .
Now i got logical system name in "Adapter Specific Identifiers".
Pressed Apply, save and activate the changes.
But still it is showing the same error.
1. Any idea what might have gone wrong??
2. I need to maintain the
LS name of R/3 in XI system? and
LS name of XI in R/3 system?
Is it necessary?
Waiting for your answers.
Regards
Seema.

Hi,
Login to SLD. Select your BS for your R/3 System.
Click on the Integration tab and then Enter the Logical system name for R/3 System.
1). I think the above could be the problem reason.
2) LS Name of R/3 in XI system. No.
LS Name of XI in R/3 System. In your R/3 System did you configure the partner type as LS. If so then you should maintain LS name of XI in your R/3 System. Make sure the LS name and the partner name in WE20 is the same.

Hi,
quick checks- if you have already checked these then ignore this
1. Go to SLD and check the Business System[Technical System] which you have used in the XI. Does it has any Logical System Name assigned ? If not provide these from the R/3 system. i,e R/3 system logical system name and Business System [Technical System]Logical System name should be same
2. Once you done with above, import the business system again or refresh the cache..
3. Hope it should work now... And cross check all the Partner Profiles etc

Hi Reddy,
just mention the logical system name in the Sender Business system or Service ( click on sender business service> Service(menu)> Adapter Specific Identifiers--> specify the logical system name which you configured in R/3 WE20 ..) in R/3 side WE20 you need to configure the Inbound parameters of your Idoc ..
Here sender business system and Reciver Business system logical system names are different.. for checking just go to Services and check the adapater specific identifiers..--> then you can find the name of logical system.. like that you need to check for both systems.. and both should be different..
try with this option..
