batch number and storage location not coming up in standard order

hi friends,

in the standard order there are 5 to 6 different items , they are all standard items. there are 2 items in 2 different lines that are not showing the batch and the storage location, in the overview screen.

what could be the problem..

storage location is determined automaticaaly in delivery only we can manually enter the storage location in sales order.

have u activated the batch determiantion search procedure at sales order level

check in img->logistics general->batch management->Batch Determination and Batch Check->Activate Automatic Batch Determination in SD

in fact check the whole batch determination procedure and also in batch master record exist for that material in MSC2N and condition record in VCH2

the order is still open, no deliveries created yet. but there is no error showing off at the moment.
