Does the Activity 7 and or 77 alone or in combination with any other Activity in Auth Object F_BKPF_BUK give access greater than read or Display?

Either of 07 or 77 , (or both) give access greater than read/display.

i believe in FI language,

77= parking or pre-enter a document

07= activating/posting a parked document
