with out BPM synchronus adapters

Hi ,

with out BPM what are the adapters we can select for synchronus processing... according to my knowledge SAOP and RFC and XI are we can select for Synchronus processing also... is it right.. or any other adapters also we can choose for a Synchronus processing.. (with out BPM scenarios)..

Any adapter that supports a QOS of Best Efort , supports Synch Processing,
