automatically run of report

hi

my target is to selct all pending PO from EKKO to my Z-table , but there is two constraints

1) reports should run in background.

2) it should run automatically after 24 hours,

with out any user action .

i am looking 4 logical solution for this problem , any suggestion on this welcome.

plz help.

Hai,

Go to se38 and give your program name.

Press F8 to go to selection screen of your program.

Press F9 to select Execute in Background

Press Shift + F1 to continue.

Select Immediate tab.

Check Periodic job.

Select Periodic values beside the save button

Select Other Period

Give 24 in Hours option to process once for 24 hours

Save

Save

Save

Now your program is scheduled in background without user interaction.

If you want status of your program run, go to SM36, click on Own Jobs.

Here you can see your program and its details.
