Area Menu Problem !!! Please Help

Hi Friends,

I have created the Area Menu and Transalated it in Chinese, but when I save that, it is giving message as "Still 8 of 8 entries to be Processed". When I assign the Area Menu to User it is coming only in English not in Chinese.

And giving message no: SKTY000.When I check the messages it is showing me &&&&.

Please Help..........
