IDOC is not seen in XI side, In SM58 error say u0093Login password incorrectu0094

Hi,

While generating an outbound IDOC (Idoc to file scenario), I am not able to see the IDOC in XI side. When we check SM58, it says “Login password incorrect” . After triggering IDOC in R/3 there is a intermediate login screen popping up asking for login Id and password. But IDOC is generated successfully in R/3 but it is not getting in to XI. When we check in to IDX5 , SXMB_MONI and Runtime workbench there is no error seen.

Even after giving login details to intermediate popup screen it is giving the same error and when we test RFC in SM59 it is working successfully.

Can I know how to come up with this problem.

Thank you,

Vijay Naredla

Hi Vijay,

1. Login to R/3 -

> SM59 then find the RFC which is being used in your Secnario. After finding the RFC just press the test connection button to test it. You should get the "SAP Easy Access" screen of XI, you should not get any login screen, if you are getting the login screen then definetly your user name or password (may be both) is wrong.

So make them correct and save the changes and then again try.

2. Also make sure the port in tcode WE21 is using the same RFC as mentioned in Step 1.

3. Also make sure that the same port is being used in your outbound IDoc in your partner profile in tcode WE20.

Varify the above things and your problem will be solved. )

Hi,

Check if the user in RFC destination is dialog user. this should be service user. Incase of dialog user it will popup for username and password.

hi, the id we are using in RFC is of type SERVICE and test connection in SM59 is working fine.

PORT, RFC and partner profile are configured correctly.

Hi,

Try with some other username and password, which have super user roles assigned to it.

Thanks,

check your IDOC status in R/3 using WE02, here you can see the IDOC status code and the error reasons. A status code 03, 12 and 38 would say the IDOC is successfully sent to the destination.

Check your RFC Destinations at both receiver and sender and make sure that you put correct login ids by doing a remote connection at both ends.

Hi Vijay,

PLease check the trfc port which you are using to data transfer from R/3 to XI ,in the port one rfc destination will be mentioned ,please test that this rfc destination should work without any error and should not ask for uid, pwd.

Thanks,
