Cud any body explain me in details "How PO is triggered..?" & "Where it is triggered...?"

hi shafi,

In standard SAP, PO will be triggered from scheduline category of sales doc type. which is normally happens in 3rd party and individual sales order process.

In scheduline category we can specify the order type NB. with this it automatically creates purchase requisition and triggers PO.

There is lot of ways po can trigger

u want automatic PO through MRP its prossible

with ref RFQ its possible

or with reference to Sales order u cn trigger PO

Manually also po will trigger. and which condition u are facing proble. let me know.
