MCTA Problem ?

I create sale order , but no sale order infromation in t-code: mcta ? place what setting .....

go to OMO1 and activate infostructure if not activated.then assign sts grp to ur sales docs and maintain Customer stat grp and material stat grp.

now it should come in new docs u create after these settings..

HI,

You can assign statistics groups to each of the following:

1.Customer

2.Material 3.Item Category 4. Sales document type

5.Billing document type

When you generate statistics in the logistics information system, the

system uses the combination of specified statistics groups to determine

the appropriate update sequence. The update sequence in turn determines

for exactly which fields the statistics are generated.

u have to activate the statistics grp field in customer, material and also for sales documents.

then only it will be shown in the information systems (MCTA).

in customer master data (xd02) in sales area tab in sales tab maintain"customer statistics group" as "1" and in the material master data also maintain in material mater data also and in the corrwespondingg billing document type maintain the same field and check once.
