Activate Service Desk BC Set
Use
In this IMG activity, you activate BC Sets and import piece lists that are required before you can use the Service Desk.
Activities
1. Proceed as described in SAP Note 898614.
2. Take care that the BC Sets are activated with the following settings:
Overwrite Data: Overwrite All Data
Activation Mode: Expert Mode
3. Ensure that in the client in which the BC Sets are activated, the client role is not set to "productive". You can use transaction SCC4 to verify this.
