Hi all,
The client has a new requirement in MRP( maximum retail price) determination which is mentioned below with current available options.
VK11-----
Condition Type----ZMRP
. ---option1: Customer/Grade
-
option2: Sales office /Grade
-
option3: Sales Office/Sales Group/ Grade
As of now we have been maintaining MRP % in 1 & 2 option. But now we also wantin the 3 option.
Kindly suggest what do we need to do for the presently maintained condition records & how do we maintain condition records after option 3 is available.
If there is any confusion then please revert ASAP.

no problem, nothing has to be maintained now,if u properly maintained the organisational data in a well defined mannner.

Dear sourav bhaumik,
Option three is having Sales Office/Sales Group/ Grade.
Have you maintained in your Master Record Sales Group?
Check that.
If it is yes maintain new condition record for option three and delete other two option condition record.

You have to maintain in CMMR. To maintain in CMMR use transaction code XD99 (Mass maintenance : Customer) select the field and maintain.
If you not maintain third option condition record system will not read. And if you have not delete other option condition record system will read and your purpose will be difeated.
So delete other condition record main in CMMR Sales Group and try.
