item text in ALV report

Hi,

I want to pick billing item text for my ALV report.Kindly guide how to achieve it.

We have tried the logic as suggested by you but then also its not picking the item text.Is there any other way to do it??

Hello Somnath,

You cannot directly pull any text given at the transaction level into an ALV Report.

You have to get the text id and text object of that paticualar text maintained and extract the same into the report. For that..............

Go to item level sales texts tab and click on detail button at the bottom.

You will be taken into a full detail screen for text input. Now, click on the menu tool bar GOTO - Header.

You will be prompted with a window with details of text id and text object. Use them to pull the text maintained at the transaction level.

OR

You may also use Read_Text Function module.

suppose if u want the data from VBRP table, go to se12 and give SE12 and and in menu bar--->go to settings->formal list-> choose fields---->deselct all fileds and select "MATNR"

and "ARKTX" and press copy and execute u wll get a list of billed qunties for a invoice wih and then " press controlshiftf9" themn it will export to the excel file in this way u can get the data from ALV reports.
