storage location check before PGI

Hi,

how to put check in delivery which will prompt a message if the storage location is different then intended.

the message should come while attempting PGI

we can do this, by puting a Z message in the delivery progarm, just ask ur abaper and tell the requirement definately he will help u.

For information, in material master in MRP2 view, against the tab "Prod. stor. location", whatever storage location you maintain, that will fetch into your sale order / delivery.

This being the case, do you want still a message to pop up??

hi,

the material passes through no.of storage locations before delivery(PGI).

so only from few storage locations the PGI should be possible .

Maintain the storage location rule settings in delivery item category settings in 0vlp.
