Hi all,

Help me out

we are using windows OS and SQL Database

Windows Print is Ok

but from SAP there is an error

Receive job for printer

Hi,

Make sure you have specified correct device type & Access method in ECC.

In case you are not able to get correct device type then you can use SAP WIN which will use windows printer.

HI Raj,

can u check the following version of the SAPGUI u are using

and also check for the protocol insteed fo Berkeley u can use SAP protocol ,and try to check with frontend printing!

chck whether the SAPLPD is running or not !

can u brief about ur SAP version ?,SAPGUI version?

and can u check with the server the printing is happened or not ? with endusers is happened or not?

Hi All,

I am trying to copy XI roles to make them custom to

the client needs.

For e.g I copied  SAP_XI_CMS_SERV_USER role and make it to

Z:IBM_XXXX_XXXX

and assign it to user. It wont work. If I assign back SAP_XI_CMS_SERV_USER the user is able to do ....I

have been experiencing this issue ....

As per my knowledge

SAP_XI_CMS_SERV_USER would not work as in XI copying the standard role into a custom role does not work, All the SAP_XI* roles.

Please do the needful ASAP.

Hi ,

Did you perform user comparison & have done all the prerequisite in PFCG T-code after copying role .

Perform user comparison & create profile name & assign it to user.This should be working afterwards.
