output to excel file

In VA05

after sorting based on doc no output is as below

doc no: 8250001 mat 10

mat 20

mat 30

but after exporting to excel

doc no: 8250001 mat 10

8250001 mat 20

8250001 mat 30

how to prevent doc no geting repeated-so that reult in va05 and excel are same.

Hi Rohith,

With the help of ABAPer you can restric the DOC.NO in the Exel File, tell to ABAPer he will made the changes in the programe.
