How do i delete PPM for specific material in APO.

Hi friends,

During consistency check of a planning area, i got an error saying for certain part numbers, PPM needs to be activated or we need to delete from model.

Now how do i delete it from APO model.

Hi,

To delete the PPM go to the PPM Master Data and enter the Plan you want to delete, then enter in edit mode.

Now first unassign the PPM to all the models it has been assigned to, now you can delete the PPM.

Ensure you get rid of all planned orders referencing the PPM as well otherwise PPM will not get deleted. You can check the list using the where-used transaction WUF.
