The good book is Authorisations Made Easy what can be bought with amazone.com

for the rest contact your local SAP office for Class room courses.

The book Authorization made easy is the very good book.

I also advice you to take certification by SAP in security area [ not mandatory ]. The course material ADM940, 950,960 are the best information source.
