POSTING PERIOD ERROR URGENT

I am getting the error is POSTING PERIOD 012 2007 IS NOT OPEN. Please solve my problem.

Hi,

Use Tcodes MMPV and MMRV in case of error during running any sales activity like creating delivery/pgi that r part of logistics function.

In case of error during posting a billing doc use tcode OB52 (allow postings) or consult ur FI team person.

Using OB52 (for FI period) and MMRV (for MM period) check which period(s) are currently open.

Then using OB52 or MMPV (or MMPI) open the required period.

Hi Reddy,

Go to MMPV --> mention ur company code and Enter ur period as 12 and enter the fiscal year as 2007 and press F8 key.

Please check your Company Code posting period in MMPV, you may have to check and close all the period or months one by one from the period given there, till 2007 curent month. You can also check it up for status alternatively in OMSY. Note : Period refers to months in accounting.
