Monitor problems

There is a problem with my Monitor.

When i run SXMB_MONI transaction, i can see al the messages. When i double click in one message, at the left side of the screen appear the trace of the message. When i click again in the soap header (for example), it doesn't appear on the window in the right side, so i must download 'the invisible' xml into a file so i can see there what's happening.

Any idea of what's happening?

This happened to me also, I dont know the exact reason, but when i login again problem disappears.

Sometime i had to restart the machine.

May be somebdy else can help you more neatly. This is how it worked for me.

I think i'm going to reinstall my sap logon because is an 6.20 version and perhaps this is the problem.

I am on 6.40 version, nevertheless its always good to be on current version.

For XI, you should have 640 GUI since the kernel version is 640.
