Hello,
as you might know, the saprouter does do a portforwarding
to specific sap systems.
it uses the port 3299.
if i want to use bsp applications (port 8000) the same way,
could i also just install another sap router or how does the sap router do the portforwarding / DNAT?

i think you can't use saprouter to access your BSP Applications. But there a two solutions:
