Dear experts'.
We have configured SAP solution manager maintanance
optimizer for that we have used the SAP router which is
being used by my R/3 production server.
1.Now the scenario is one SAP router being used by
R/3 and Solman.
2. It was working fine and we have downloded the patches
also.but now when i type T.code DSWP the screen is
blank. @ the bottom of the screen the text appear
SSO2 not configured completely see long text ( and not able
to see the long text either)
Could any one tell me what the issue is ? do we have to use
a different SAP router separately? or is it ok to have
two connection with one SAP router.
Help

Hello Kirandeverla,
this is in relation to one parameter, if I remember this correctly. Double check the details of the SS02, which should tell you what parameter value it should have.
We have multiple Solution Manager systems running via VPN tunnel to SAP since the company I am working for, hosts servers for multiple customers. You can double check the SAPOSS connection for example in SM59 to be sure that the connection is fine.
