When we are trying to restart SAP server, dispatcher is going to stopped state.

Did you make any changes to the buffer settings in the profiles? If so, that may be the reason you are getting the memory error.

The problem is pretty obvious "Can't find free space for Shared Memory"

Make sure that you have enough resources and or maybe clean the IPC and try to restart the system

to clean the ipc just run command cleanipc XX at the kernel directory. (where XX is the system number)
